The agreement will remain in force for a period of 6 months from the effective date. The agreement will automatically renew for an additional one month period, unless terminated by either party in writing 60 days prior to the renewal date.
The number of authorized users is determined by the support agreement executed by the Client. Netsmartz assumes all authorized users not only have authority to contact Netsmartz to initiate services, but also have authorization to make changes to the Client's Magento solutions. It is the Client's responsibility to provide and maintain the list of authorized users including current contact information for all authorized users.
All support plans provide for 24/7 support. You can call the same support number outside business hours to request support services. Note that the support team will do their best to resolve any request as a support incident. If they are unable to o so, it will be referred to a consultant or developer.
